Before applying, you must create a Tenant Account on our website. Once logged in, you can browse available properties and begin your rental application directly from your Tenant Portal.

Documents are not required at the time of submitting the online application. If your application moves forward, you may be asked to provide verification documents such as a government-issued ID, proof of income, and other supporting information. These documents are typically reviewed after approval and before lease signing, and may be requested electronically or in person as part of the final verification process. This keeps the initial application simple while ensuring all required documentation is properly reviewed before move-in.

After you submit your application, our team will review it based on our rental criteria. If your application is approved, we will contact you to arrange a property walkthrough. During the walkthrough, you’ll have the opportunity to view the property, ask any questions, and review the next steps toward finalizing the lease.

The walkthrough appointment gives you an opportunity to view the property in person and ask any questions you may have. While we recommend completing the rental application before the walkthrough, the timing may vary depending on availability. During or after the walkthrough, you may be asked to provide required verification documents such as identification and proof of income so we can complete the application review and make a final decision. In some cases, documents can also be submitted electronically by email or upon request. Once all required information has been reviewed and approved, we will discuss the next steps, which may include lease signing, security deposit payment, and scheduling your move-in date. This flexible process helps ensure a smooth and informed decision for both parties.

Rent can be paid using approved payment methods such as check, Zelle, or PayPal. Specific payment instructions and preferred methods will be provided during lease signing and will also be available in your Tenant Portal once your lease is active.

Maintenance and service requests can be submitted in two ways:
Online through your Tenant Portal
By calling your landlord or property manager directly
Online requests are usually the fastest and most efficient.

All updates—including application progress, service request status, and important notifications—are visible inside your Tenant Portal after logging in.

Before moving in, tenants must:
Sign the lease
Pay the security deposit
Pay any applicable first month’s rent or prorated rent
Confirm move-in date and key handoff
